Andrew Pringle, President
Andrew Pringle knows a thing or two about innovative designs that stand the test of time. And throughout a 16-year career that’s taken him from North Dakota to the Twin Cities and back again, he’s played instrumental roles in some of the region’s most impressive and iconic projects, including Target Field, Sanford Fargo Medical Center, RDO Tower (Block 9) and RD Offutt Company’s corporate office—the latter two being projects for which he also served as the owner’s rep.
As a leader in commercial construction, Andrew helps companies level up their spaces with custom-designed buildings and interior and exterior remodels that combine modernity and innovation with trusted craftsmanship.
Throughout his career, he’s worked on or managed projects that total more than five million square feet and nearly $2.5 billion. Whether he’s leading projects for rural or urban medical facilities, commercial offices, K-12 schools or businesses of all sizes, Andrew’s attention to detail and ability to expertly problem solve any issue has made him a trusted construction professional in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Andrew earned a degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and has called this area home ever since. At NDSU, Andrew was President of Sigma Chi fraternity, and he continues to be actively involved in the organization’s alumni and undergraduate chapters. He’s a Minnesota native and a proud West Fargo resident who knows the area, the people, and what makes these states such special places to live and work.
